A Barca spokesman has confirmed that negotiations with the player has successfully completed after a meeting that has lasted nearly four hours. Earlier, Barca and Udinese had reached an agreement for the transfer.

At the last meeting, which was held at a hotel in Barcelona, was attended by the player's agent, Fernando Felicevich and Barcelona sports vice president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta, and director of football, Raul Sanllehí.

The same source has said that the operation could be completed "late today," but everything is at the expense of the settlement agreement with the Italian bank Alexis. In the absence of official confirmation, the operation could be estimated at around 26 million euros plus a variable amount, depending on objectives, ranging between ten and eleven million.
